We value sourcing local quality ingredients with a focus on simple food done well.

Our fish is beer battered fresh and cooked to order. We are using wild caught sustainably sourced fish from Australian waters and are fully transparent on provenance. Our handcut chips are made from local spuds and are triple cooked with the option of cooking them in Aus Grass Fed Beef dripping.

We do not buy in food that is pre-made, highly processed or mass-manufactured. We produce everything in house.

At Rosie’s we are wanting to celebrate the simple and much loved dish of fish & chips the way it should be.
